Engagement Details

• A 50% to 80% deposit is required to secure all bookings

• Time begins when we meet in person

• Flights and accommodation must be arranged in advance

• A flat $65 NZD per night is added to cover pet care during travel

• All Fly Me To You and extended bookings require valid photo ID

• To discuss a potential FMTY, clients are required to send a wishlist gift first to confirm legitimacy ($200+). This is credited toward your final booking and affirms sincerity. Enquiries are handled via the website form and my listed contact methods only.

Concierge Planning (Optional)

From $1,500 NZD (credited to final booking)

For clients who value a seamless experience, I offer curated support with destination selection, accommodations, experiences, and optional styling.

Includes:

• Destination and hotel suggestions

• Dining and activity planning

• Private itinerary PDF (optional: +$500)

• Gift recommendations

• Coordination with your assistant or team, if preferred

This fee is non-refundable and ensures our time is respected during the planning process.
